Offering help wherever you can - under this motto, Spotfilm Networx decided to launch a fundraising campaign in support of Ukraine, which has now come to a successful end.
Over the past few months, around 2,400 euros have been collected for humanitarian aid in Ukraine, where the war is still going on. For Hauk Markus, the company's managing director, the motivation to participate in a fundraising campaign was clear:
"It was important to us not to simply look the other way in this senseless war. After all, in addition to the alarming news, the fact that our colleagues and friends are also from Ukraine made us particularly concerned. We hope that the donations will help the people who need it most. "
The donations were collected primarily with the assistance of the entire Netzkino community: via a specially created YouTube playlist entitled "Stream and help: The Netzkino fundraiser", a selection of the most popular films could be streamed - as always completely free of charge. The advertising revenue generated by the films is donated in their entirety to the humanitarian aid efforts of the German Red Cross.
